01 / Confidence before commitment
Most problems with property in Montenegro are on paper, not in the walls: a building never entered in the katastar, a mortgage the seller forgot to mention, a legalisation that was started and never finished. We check the list nepokretnosti for every home you are serious about, and tell you plainly what we find. You pay us nothing for this, or for anything else.
